Brivo AI provides autonomous AI systems and a SaaS platform designed to enhance and optimize various aspects of business operations. Brivo AI is operated under BGRS GROUP.
Use of the service is provided solely for lawful business purposes and intended users within licensed jurisdictions.
PAYMENT TERMS
• Monthly and annual billing is processed securely via Paddle.• 14-day money-back guarantee available for all new subscriptions.
• You may cancel your subscription anytime directly from the account dashboard.• No refunds will be issued after 14 days from purchase date.
Your subscription access will remain active until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.
REFUND POLICY
Full refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Email contact@brivoai.com with your account details to initiate the process.
USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard.

Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Posted updates are binding. Continued use after any changes constitutes your acceptance of those modifications.
GOVERNING LAW
All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of Brivo AI shall be governed by the laws of andhra pradesh, India.
